Apple has a slightly hidden yet great feature on the iPhone to help you sleep better at night. Night shift adjusts the screen light from a blue-ish to more yellow hue. Studies have shown that blue light may have an adverse affect on your circadian rhythm and thus potentially harder to fall asleep.
You are able to turn Night Shift on and off two different ways on your iPhone:
Open Control Center. Press firmly the Brightness control icon, tap to turn Night Shift on or off.
OR
Go to Settings, Display & Brightness, then select Night Shift. While there, you are able to schedule the time for Night Shift to turn on automatically. Use the slider to adjust color temperature.

Use the previously mentioned Apple Support App (post here) to get on a call with Apple Support and schedule a battery replacement. This small upgrade can make a massive improvement on your battery life throughout the day.
To check your iPhone Battery life, go to the Settings icon on your iPhone, scroll down to Battery, then select Battery Health.
